Bill Yassine is a seasoned property professional with over 2 decades of experience in the Sydney and Melbourne markets and has been involved with over a 1 billion of investment over his career

Bill is a passionate about property design, innovation and creating value for LandCorp, it’s investors and stakeholders.

His style is highly consultative and engaging, coupled with a deep knowledge and expertise in site value, development control and planning laws and a appreciation for what is possible when relationships are based on trust, transparency and aligned focus.

Bill holds Bachelor of Building from the University of Technology – Sydney.

Fatma Saaoud, Senior Manager

Fatma has over 7 years in the financial services industry. Predominantly in superannuation and managed funds. 

More recently she has been involved in the feasibilty and risk assessments of potential commercial property investments. 

Fatma is also part of a the property management team facilitating existing commercial properties in Melbourne.

Fatma has also been involved in high level due diligence and provision of advice on potential residential developments in urban growth areas of Melbourne.

During her employment with financial institutions she provided financial advice and loan structure support to clients to purchase residential and commercial properties.
